Moderate Cooker Beef Brisket 

Fixings 

3 to 4 pound meat brisket 

RUB 

1 tbsp dark colored sugar 

2 tsp paprika 

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp cumin 

1 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp dark pepper 

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 

BBQ SAUCE 

1/2 containers ketchup 

1 tbsp yellow mustard 

1/4 container apple juice vinegar 

2 cloves garlic, minced 

1/2 container darker sugar 

2 tsp onion powder 

2 tsp dark pepper 

1 tsp cayenne pepper 

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 

Directions 

Spot Rub fixings in a bowl and blend to consolidate. 

Rub all over brisket with your hands. 

Pour BBQ Sauce fixings in the moderate cooker. Blend at that point include the brisket and press brisket into sauce. 

Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, high for 4 to 5 hours.
