The Pirate Rooms at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort are a set of rooms that have a different theme than the rest of the resort. Rooms at Caribbean Beach Resort Most rooms at Caribbean Beach Resort (with the exception of the Pirate rooms and King rooms) received two queen beds and all new furniture, fixtures, and soft goods in 2016 renovations. Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort Rooms Most of the 2,112 guest rooms are 314 square feet. After a renovation in 2015, Caribbean Beach replaced its two double-sized beds with two queen-size beds and added a slightly-smaller-than-a-twin-sized fold-down bed to many rooms. Rooms are decorated with neutral beach tones accented by bright tropical colors. The rooms at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort are slightly smaller than rooms at some of Disney’s others at 300 sq. ft. (versus 314 sq. ft at Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleans Riverside, and Coronado Springs). Most rooms have two Queen beds and some rooms have a pull-down Murphy bed to accomodate a fifth guest. Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort (CBR) is a mid-priced (Disney calls this their “moderate” category) resort hotel, featuring lush landscaping, a brightly colored palette, and lots of opportunities for activity and relaxation. .
